To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 講左想食燒肉好耐,第一時間諗起牛角見到某銀行牛角同牛角buffet都有折 一係唔食,一食緊係食buffet佢係lv3 加每人一客lv4既和牛本身lv3加埋一都要$370倒,依家加多廿幾三十可以食到和牛係抵既揀左星期四食,除左平少少,仲諗住少啲人點知打去訂位,已經full booking唯有用app拎位啦!好彩去到雅蘭行左陣唔洗等好耐就到坐低好快已經送左lv4既牛過黎即刻放落去燒,咁靚既肉唔洗燒太熟入口,好香,油脂好多,成個口都充滿住牛香同油香真係好正!但係個人認為咁油既牛肉食幾塊已經會好漏好滯真係黎食lv4都叫唔到到多,反而呢個set每人送一客真係幾好叫番lv3 既肉,當然比岩岩食既遜色,但都好香牛味,油脂都好豐富,而且無咁易漏牛肉全部都好嫩,唔會有筋,食得好開心我地仲叫左好多牛之外既肉雞叫左香草雞腿香草味好濃好香 而且真係好大舊剪開左黎燒,我幾將雞皮反左出黎燒,燒到雞肉熟既時候雞皮燒到脆卜卜食落去,香草味充滿成個口,雞肉滑嫩,雞皮酥脆推薦!豬我地叫左豬腩肉同埋豬頸肉豬腩肉正常 甚至可以skip豬頸肉唔算好油,但幾有咬口,豬味都幾濃郁都好食,但比起咁多肉類係差少少魚係石班,意外地好食魚

叫番lv3 既肉,當然比岩岩食既遜色,但都好香牛味,油脂都好豐富,而且無咁易漏
牛肉全部都好嫩,唔會有筋,食得好開心

我地叫左豬腩肉同埋豬頸肉
豬腩肉正常 甚至可以skip
豬頸肉唔算好油,但幾有咬口,豬味都幾濃郁
都好食,但比起咁多肉類係差少少


係石班,意外地好食
魚本身有微微調味,唔會太咸,但都唔會淡口完全無味
最重要食得出新鮮,好香魚味,魚肉又滑
煎到魚皮微脆成舊食真係好食!

蒜子
錫紙碗落麻油,其實係半煎炸,都煎左一段時間先夠淋
但要注意佢由金黃色到燶都幾快 要睇住同埋不停撈
蒜子蒜到金黃油,外脆內軟,蒜味唔算濃
期望係會香蒜的味啲,但好處就係食完唔會成口味咁重口味

牛肚
未試過燒牛肚所以試下,都幾特別
燒到微脆,中間仲係軟嫩,佢個汁係甜甜地咁

黎食buffet其中一樣我好期待就係任食牛角飯

為左留肚只食左明太子豆腐
明太子好香,份量都多,微咸幫豆腐調味,同埋微辣,唔食辣既我都可以
豆腐就普通,無話特別滑或者香豆味

泡芺唔錯,其他都係正常,太飽只係試左幾樣

味精略嫌重左啲,食完第二日仲口渴緊
