To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 香港人的早餐多是快餐店, 連鎖快餐店不外乎三四個品牌, 今次倒要點讚大家樂. 它們的早餐份量足, 蘿蔔糕有少許蘿蔔味遠勝另一大型連鎖店的品質. 有點意料之外. 平心而論$30+ 的早餐有綿綿皮蛋蠔豉粥, (雖然蠔豉味不太突出但皮蛋足料), 豉油王炒麵 + 蘿蔔糕及咖啡, 在現今經濟低迷的環境, 真的是物超所值. 與以前相比品質及味道大有進步. 反觀另一大集團的品牌, 卻有點兒失望, 味道每況越下, 就連大會堂內的中餐也大不如前, 價錢中上, 食物質素卻與一般酒樓無異, 所謂不進則退, 希望有關管理層能正視及提高食物品質.再次嘉許大家樂團隊努力, 提高了速食文化的品質, 加油, 加油.
