2023第一期消費卷到手啦,即時約朋友出去消費一下,推動下個經濟,食下好野係最重要一環😆;位於尖沙咀 加連威老道嘅Yakiniku 801,係我其中一間最鍾意嘅燒肉店,之前已經黎過幾次,呢度食材夠新鮮,但價錢就比較相宜。🥢牛舌盛 再加$25 upgrade左個生菜🥬盛盒🥢神盛盒 再加$38 update 左個冷麵🥢黑毛和牛小排(燒汁)🥢九洲雞脛柳🥢帆立貝先講神盛,有三款不同部位嘅牛(特上牛胸腹肉,腹前牛小排,牛板腱肉)三款中我較鍾意牛胸腹肉,油花最多,口感係最好,兩邊燒至金黃,入邊保持5-6成熟度,入口一流,油花充斥口腔,呢款最岩用生菜包裹黎食,可以減去油膩感;牛小排同牛板腱肉質偏紥實,牛味較濃較出眾。牛舌係薄切,好岩我呢啲唔識控制火喉嘅人士😆,將牛舌放係燒爐,輕輕每邊燒半分鐘,見兩邊些小金黃就攪掂,牛舌最吸引嘅地方就係原全唔會肥膩,但又會食倒牛香😋。黑毛和牛小排,亦係薄切,所以好容易控制熟度,只須燒至側邊油花開始有點微微蕉,就係最佳入口時間,和牛嘅魅力係入口即溶,油花最香。雞脛柳,燒至金黃,入口淋滑。帆立貝好新鮮,燒至與牛油溶和一體,更加釣出帆立貝鮮味。
