星期日去到佐敦返學,女友介紹依間新強記燒臘店,lunch time 時間人客不少,但好彩都有位坐,我哋坐張靠牆的小圓檯,佢係屬於舊式同冇裝修嘅燒臘店,所有食物都寫曬上牆,我見到乳豬單同雙拼都只係$50,又唔貴喎,所以叫左"乳豬油雞飯一碟"$50 ,而女友叫左"燒鵝飯一碗"$45,依間店有少少奇怪,通常燒臘店係碟上多啲貴啲,碗上少啲平啲!但佢而家碟同碗係同價,同埋係一樣大份!同埋叫左少飯佢仍然比咁多你!點了飯之後,另一店員馬上比兩個好大碗的例湯比你,裡面有雞腳同燒豬腳仔,佢係屬於燒臘店送嘅例水中,佢係幾好飯,好夠味!之後到兩個飯上,我碟乳豬雞比我想像靚同大份,佢乳豬分開兩部分,皮燒得非常脆同好食,斬得又靚又整齊,下面有骨連肉,味道也相當濃郁!油雞雖然不是好出色,但亦都中規中舉交到功課,唯一係佢啲薑蓉油份唔太夠!而女友的燒鵝飯,白飯是分開,燒鵝是分開上的,份量亦相當多,有少少似人哋例牌嘅份量,我哋仲好彩斬左隻肶我哋,皮亦燒香脆,肉質也燒得剛好但脂肪都幾多!雖然比起一樂、陳記都係差啲,但以$45嚟講有依個味道依個份量,仲要有肶,你話邊度揾!不過話是話,我建議大家最好坐中間圓檯,唔好靠牆同周圍
