今晚收工朋友又帶我去間較特別的主題餐廳食晚飯,它位於灣仔杜老誌道6號群策大廈7樓全層,個名都幾特別,叫做「杜老誌大飯店」,以八、九十年代灣仔景點作主題的餐廳,我地這80後大多會聽過,例如曾經在銅鑼灣的《今日世界夜總會》、《漁人碼頭》、《茶檔》、《總統桑拿》、遊戲機鋪等......仿如置身於80年時代的灣仔中,讓人逐一回憶當年銅鑼灣、灣仔的舊時光,每個景點的裝潢都做到好細緻,讓人賞心悅目,地方環境又企理,寬敞又舒適,估晤到在此也可以吃到大排檔的風味菜式。比起街邊的大排檔,這裡環境更乾淨又寬闊,起碼空調又足,燈光光猛,感覺讓人更舒適,那些木圓枱、摺櫈、鐵水壺等......充滿著大排檔的情懷,持起著個餐牌,飲品有維他奶(樽裝)、龍鳳可樂、地道奶茶、濃滑咖啡、紅豆冰等....一場來到當然先試杯紅豆冰($24),而友人點了杯熱杏仁霜($17),我個人真是好喜歡杯紅豆冰,夠大杯紅豆份量十足,每粒紅豆都爆花夠腍身,甜美可口,友人杯熱杏仁霜她覺得都好香滑。是時侯開始看下此餐廳的食物,款式都幾特別,分別有前菜、佐酒小菜、杜老誌推介、鑊氣小炒、蒸類、鐵板煲仔類、炒飯麵類、湯類等......前菜方面都幾特別

是時侯開始看下此餐廳的食物,款式都幾特別,分別有前菜、佐酒小菜、杜老誌推介、鑊氣小炒、蒸類、鐵板煲仔類、炒飯麵類、湯類等......前菜方面都幾特別,大多以香港街道小食為主,例如有咖喱三寶、豬腸粉、臭豆腐等.....今晚友人與我想食些招牌菜式,先來一份鵝肝多士(3件)$98及紅燒乳鴿(1隻)$78作我們今晚的頭盤。

紅燒乳鴿可以Order原隻或斬件上枱,我見差不多每枱都會點,所以點了一隻與友人share,店員都好細心給我們一些膠手套,如果晤想膠手套’,店員也可以奉上洗手兜給客人,果然貼心服務。乳鴿上枱時已經脹卜卜,外表炸至金黃色又有油光,視覺上真是相當吸引,即叫即炸,熱辣辣都做到皮脆肉嫩,咬下都滲出肉汁,肉香四溢,再蘸上喼汁及淮鹽佐食,味道更加惹味。

接下來是店員介紹我品嚐的鵝肝多士,炸過的多士沒有太油膩的口感,也沒有吸取鵝肝的油份太多油滲出,入口香脆,選用的鵝肝不是雪藏貸色,那是選用新鮮鵝肝,香味慢慢滲透到口腔中 ,油香豐腴,也有入口即化,比起雪藏鵝肝,嚼下去味道更甘香濃郁。

讓人對接下來的菜式充滿期待就是這款鹽燒鮑魚煲$188,端上來時一打開煲蓋,已經散出陣陣的香味,大約都有7至8隻的有殼鮑魚,將鮑魚的表面切花刀,燒至金黃色澤,賣相真是好美,平時食的鮑魚都是用果皮去蒸,這裡用了新的烹煮方式,用鹽燒方法更帶出帶殼鮑魚鮮味,咬下十分Q彈煙韌,加上用了洋蔥去炒過,伴以鮑魚一齊進食,少許鹹香之餘,那些洋蔥帶出香甜惹味的滋味,令人吃得回味無窮,值得推介。

最後來到是炸鮮奶$98,形狀有如金磚一共6件,外表都炸至金黃色澤,一夾起也沒有滴油的情況,一咬下奶味香十足帶甜,內裡色澤雪白,外脆內軟的口感也讓人一試傾心。

服務方面親切殷勤,而且都好細心幫客人倒茶、換碟,食物水準又高,價錢合理,環境地方又夠大,與友人三五知己來聚一聚都是不錯的好地方。
