係銅鑼灣新開既天草漁場 ,成棟建築物都主打餐廳,不過其他重未開張,所以入哂呢個大廈既都係幫襯同一間餐廳架啦係度苦惱食咩既時候見到晚市套餐$4-500蚊一個人就由刺身到甜品咩都包哂,懶得諗食咩既我就選左個套餐去食天空吞拿魚刺身,分別係赤身同埋中拖羅既部位。雖然唔係超肥,但係食落好新鮮~魚油味都幾香下!我的熱情~~好像一把火!!!!!!第一次係香港見到餐廳會整燒鰹魚,重要真係用蘂草即燒,睇到師父咁樣燒法,真係口水都流哂!老老實實,我覺得佢比起吞拿魚刺身更加好食!外層用草燒過,加添了一層焦香氣。而入面的肉質非常之軟。加上特制的醬汁去食,好好味呀!汁煮花螺,味道甜甜地,螺肉食落爽口~唯一可惜係覺得唔夠喉,想食多幾隻...七彩扇貝幾特別,唔同既扇貝,有紫色有黃色有好多唔同顏色。扇貝入面用牛油同埋藏紅花去煮,非常Juicy!我鍾意再加埋青檸汁落去的感覺,味道重舒服不過都係個句,我好想食多隻,真係好Juicy呢道鮑魚拌海膽味噌賣相同味道都幾Impress到我。首先佢個賣相好令,好有懷石料理或者fusion菜既感覺,賣相已經加哂分!鮑魚係水箱新鮮拎出黎,食落新鮮又甜,肉質結實得黎又爽口,加上少許青檸,

七彩扇貝幾特別,唔同既扇貝,有紫色有黃色有好多唔同顏色。

但係最重點❗最重點係個海膽醬呀‼雖然只係薄薄地係碟面抹上一層海膽味噌醬,但係海膽的味道非常濃厚,幫鮑魚清爽既味道加添了濃厚的口味,真心好味!之前食過海膽味噌拌螺肉或者其他海鮮,但係呢個清新的配搭我係覺得最好食嘅!

一餐飯入面就點少得澱粉質既存在呢,今次我就選擇左海膽配黑醬油飯團茶漬啦!
用飯團煮既茶漬飯有別於普通的茶漬飯,因為飯團用火烤過,所以表層口感比較硬身,就算泡係茶湯入面都唔會好快就腍哂,保持到飯粒的口感。
因為唔想海膽加熱,所以係倒入湯頭前已經將海膽食左落肚!北海道海膽夠哂新鮮,味道好鮮甜,重可以見到表面一顆顆的海膽,新鮮保証!
湯頭非常好飲,聞落已經覺得好香,用黎做茶漬飯真係好正!我加左少許芥末落去個茶漬飯度,味道更刺激同清爽,三爬兩撥就倒哂落口,舒服呀!
