To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 又唔好食，態度又差

訂了片皮鴨外賣，年初八6:00去取，收銀話要搵外邊的同事，很不容易見到個，但幫客人開緊酒，等咗一陣都無其他人，只好走過去同佢講要取外賣，她看也不看指一指收銀方向話你要係嗰邊攞，咁只好又回到收銀處，有其他職員話要同貴賓房入面穿西裝的女士講；我知唔係好啱規矩但無其他方法，只好照入去同個西裝女士講要取外賣，佢仲要話我哩度人哋訂了，唔應該入去，叫我去收銀處嗰邊，真係火都嚟埋，係咁將我點來點去，同佢投訴後，才跟我出去攞外賣。這次是這個月第三次訂外賣（乳豬，片皮鴨等），這次服務態度是最差的，個個職員都好似事不關己，將啲客點來點去！盒片皮鴨好少，唔似有一隻鴨，食落無肉味，餅皮咬落去成口粉。總結就係一無是處，完全唔掂☹️
