To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 依家出街食飯真的愈來愈貴, 物價每隔一排就升一點, 打工仔真的是百上加斤。所以, 現在食飯的選擇亦愈來愈少, 特別是糧尾。雖然「南記」慢慢地都開始加價, 不過都還可以接受。墨魚丸春卷河我幾乎每次食「南記」都係食這個配搭的。墨丸彈牙, 春卷夠香夠有咬口, 兩款配料都好味。河粉有時就會很散很碎, 有時就會好完整一條條, 這是要看彩數。另外湯底我一向是沒有要求的, 因為就比較普通的味精湯。最正還是要講的, 就是辣椒醬! 真的非一般好味! 連我的印度同事都好喜歡, 比起辣椒油, 這個辣椒醬更辣。最重要是辣得來又同粉麵好夾。反而如果食小窩米線, 加辣椒醬就沒有那麼的好吃。

墨魚丸春卷河

我幾乎每次食「南記」都係食這個配搭的。
墨丸彈牙, 春卷夠香夠有咬口, 兩款配料都好味。河粉有時就會很散很碎, 有時就會好完整一條條, 這是要看彩數。
另外湯底我一向是沒有要求的, 因為就比較普通的味精湯。

最正還是要講的, 就是辣椒醬! 真的非一般好味! 
連我的印度同事都好喜歡, 比起辣椒油, 這個辣椒醬更辣。最重要是辣得來又同粉麵好夾。
反而如果食小窩米線, 加辣椒醬就沒有那麼的好吃。
