To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 街市熟食中心的格局都無乜特別好講,只是有個大大的招牌有廚師幅相,寫著鮑魚王子,好可惜我這次無緣食鮑魚,嚐不到王子的功夫。我們預訂了雞燉翅、風沙雞及子母蝦,其餘的都是即時叫的家常菜。雞燉翅唔夠熱,唔夠味,沒有一種令人開心及貴氣的感覺,但翅就有很多,當然不會是什麼頂級上翅。個翅從上枱到分好每人一碗都已經差不多凍晒。風沙雞是三樣特色之選中較值得欣賞,很多的炸蒜碎鋪在炸子雞上幾香及香口,炸子雞個皮很脆,隻雞又砌得幾整齊。子母蝦是蝦上釀皮旦再佔上很薄的炸粉,賣相都幾好,但食就無乜特別,皮旦味與蝦味又唔係特別夾。其他餸菜就很普通,有酒樓的水準,比一般街市檔好。這裡會有街市檔的好處,就係海鮮夠鮮,這次食了蒜泥粉絲蒸扇貝,簡簡單單幾好食。
