To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 做完運動朋友帶我去石板街側一棟比較新的大厦H Core地面有幾間新食肆, 我們試了這間西式素食店。環境清潔, 地方光猛,不失為一個好的聚腳點｡以食物材料的配搭亦十分豐富，味道亦非常滿意｡但咖啡方便，尚有不少的改善空間,有待改進，入口沒有咖啡味道｡最遺憾是發現我的食物裡面有一條頭髮，我翻查其他食評，我已經是第三個食客在食物裡面發現頭髮，難得有這麼好的環境，同美味的食材，希望店舖注意食品衛生，這個厨師的脫髮問題真的很嚴重 😅。
