呢個A4和牛有驚喜到☺️ 入口完全感受到牛嘅油脂爆發出嚟,非常豐富,仲充滿牛嘅香味,好鍾意佢每嚿牛都煎得外脆內軟,外層仲食到少少焦香味,好夾!另外佢啲伴碟都幾好食,尤其鍾意佢個薯仔,係好香甜嘅薯味!

除咗個tasting menu,我哋都仲嗌多兩款a la carte,其中一樣係和牛肉薄切件,配上芝士同新鮮黑松露。生和牛肉食落係另一種風味,mix埋其他嘢一齊食好match,最緊要係佢個黑松露香味真係好出!

另外,男友唔太好牛,我就嗌多份豬比佢,呢份係嚟自鹿兒島嘅黑豚扒,配埋燴椰菜同香草肉汁。黑豚扒較有嚼勁,但又唔會太韌,重點係個sauce真係同個肉好夾,有昇華咗塊扒嘅感覺😌
