To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 我一直鍾意金豪煮野有鑊氣,耐不耐都會去食,但今晚同屋企去食晚飯,就頗失望。我地點左:1. 椒鹽鮮魷:魷魚幾"林",但係就唔多香口,淡......2. o者o者田雞煲:全晚最夠味3. 上湯焗中蝦:蝦都幾爽,但就唔多覺有上湯味,又係好淡口.4. o者o者通菜:以前食o者o者芥蘭等其他蔬菜會好香,基本上一落煲炒就勁惹味。但今晚既通菜又係無乜味咁...(唔覺有鹹魚蝦醬蝦米等配料),似普通炒菜多d.5. 勝瓜鮮菌牛柳條:正常6. 翠塘蒸蛋白:原本係我既至愛,今晚係disaster!!!! 成碟水汪汪,好似湯咁,其實應該重煮!我覺得d野細碟左,又無咁有鑊氣,總之無左以前o個種"香"和"味"...可能食魚翅海鮮會好d(因為個staff係咁sell)
