To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 近排唔揸車而經常去花園街坐小巴歸家,原因好簡單,避炒牌!因此,經常經過銀龍,但好奇怪總係無咩意欲入去幫襯,幫襯完就知原因.點咗個梅菜扣肉煲同沙薑雞.優點:1) 扣肉同沙薑雞份量適中,無偷工減料.2) 座位舒服闊落.缺點:1) 煲仔菜獨有嘅"咋咋"聲,完全欠奉!2) 扣肉冷冰冰唔夠熱,入口軟滑嘅口感更加唔洗問.3) 沙薑雞重經典,成 pat 沙薑汁好似花生醬 pat 上D雞上面,雞肉入口無渣但講唔上嫩滑,同樣,隻雞都無凍冰冰.第六感已經俾哂 signal 過門不入,自己都重要入去幫襯,唉.....

優點:
1) 扣肉同沙薑雞份量適中,無偷工減料.

2) 座位舒服闊落.

缺點:

1) 煲仔菜獨有嘅"咋咋"聲,完全欠奉!

2) 扣肉冷冰冰唔夠熱,入口軟滑嘅口感更加唔洗問.

3) 沙薑雞重經典,成 pat 沙薑汁好似花生醬 pat 上D雞上面,雞肉入口無渣但講唔上嫩滑,同樣,隻雞都無凍冰冰.

第六感已經俾哂 signal 過門不入,自己都重要入去幫襯,唉.....
