去朗豪坊見到一間裝修得好似岩洞嘅新店,原來係食濟州燒肉嘅😋見佢啲二~四人套餐都幾抵食,人均 $200~300 左右,我地叫左一個罈子五花肉 set,包左 450g 五花肉、泡菜、雞脾菇及濟州甜橙,佢地係用岩石板做烤盤,店員會負責烹調 (當日負責嘅店員係一位韓國 OPPA😆),淨係欣賞呢個過程都已經賞心悅目啦☺️ 五花肉鮮味 juicy,油脂分布平均,佢地仲有提供六款醬汁,我竟然覺得 Wasabi 最夾😂 朋友就最鍾意椒鹽麻油👍🏻食韓國菜當然唔少得最 signature 嘅前菜小碟啦,生醃八爪魚同牛肉都好食👍🏻芝士大醬湯飯係驚喜之作,雖然份量唔大 (大約係兩碗飯),但裡面嘅蔬菜混和芝士湯一齊食,既美味又唔過膩👍🏻 最後以甜品 "濟州爺爺" 作結,佢係黑芝麻柑橘 Mousse Cake,黑芝麻味道幾濃嘅,雲尼拿雪糕灑上酸甜嘅檸檬果醬,清新可口💚溫馨提示一點,呢度冷氣相當強勁🙈 可能因為要模仿洞穴嘅環境?😂 佢地新張期間,套餐同醬油蟹都有優惠,我會再約多幾位朋友一齊去☺️
