To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 因為看了廣告賣片皮鴨的關係,又試過向隅,因此一早便訂了今晚七點吃飯,兼預留片皮鴨。七點到,七點半才有。已順帶一提侍應訂時預留片皮鴨,把杯碟碗筷洗過後不到五分鐘,片皮鴨便已上,但包片皮鴨的皮,,醬等通通欠奉,答案是蒸緊,再到時片皮鴨已涼了兼且"擎" 了油!落單時同時叫了一個海報上註明必吃的甚麼豆腐,侍者亦說明要候三十分鐘,結果等了將近五十分鐘才上桌。片皮鴨兩吃,另外一種吃飯選了炒鴨鬆配生菜包,整頓飯連片皮鴨兩吃共叫了四個菜,結果花了兩個小時才上齊,光是等候四碗白飯已逾十五分鐘,也可能是白米短缺的關係,其實也不應該全怪責酒家。眼見全場侍應足夠,可是能看見我們揚手叫喚的卻來去只有一二人,縱使下次有人請客的話還是別客氣好了。
