難得朋友請客,就去食我最鍾意嘅廚師發板日本菜,餐牌上的Omakase 套餐好吸引,有我最鍾意嘅刺身同壽司,而且價錢合理,所以我哋就叫咗兩位廚師發板套餐。去到吧枱位置已經滿座,非常爆滿,不過坐四人枱一樣咁舒服😌先叫兩杯蘋果汁濕濕口,入面有兩粒鐵冰可以keep住凍嘅溫度,第一次見。師傅精心烹調嘅美食好吸引,首先要相機食先,店員建議我哋由左至右食,首先是水云即是海髮菜,面頭有蟹肉酸酸地好美味、然後螢光魷魚燒燒得好香、最後係水母刺身,口感硬爽脆!刺身方便睇到都覺得好新鮮,一共有四款,包括真雕刺身,薄切捲住食再加少少豉油Wasabi,仲有少少辣都幾滋味、池魚加埋細細粒薑蔥更添口感、大溝貝刺身有兩大件,好軟身又爽又林、最後就是炙燒過的河豚魚白子,又幾Creamy的。除此之外,仲有我最鍾意的牡丹蝦刺身、油甘魚刺身及三文魚冰頭漬,甜甜酸酸的味道好開胃 仲有重頭戲我最鍾意嘅壽司,包括有赤貝、鱈魚、喜之次、黑木魚、三星漬、醋鯖魚、海鰻、海膽及大拖羅等,當中的赤貝拍打完食落去更爽口彈牙,而且味道好Fresh好新鮮,另外大拖羅入口即溶,好Creamy呀。還有北寄貝刺身、鮑魚及鰆魚,三種不同層次的口感,令我食到

即叫即炸的香魚天婦羅,俗稱尖魚,帶一點甘苦味道,而且香脆可口呢。

食咗咁多豐富的美食,飲一碗紫菜麵豉湯先,再配埋第一次食嘅士多啤梨天婦羅🍤、玉子燒布甸及蛋薑味雪糕夾餅,今餐真係滿足而飽肚。
