To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日遲放學之餘,仲要搵prof,最後大遲特遲。無奈。急急腳落山搵野食,可能將近2點,所以都無咩選擇,只好要一哥焗豬扒同五寶飯一哥焗豬扒好像比以前失色不少,茄汁過多,成盤飯都酸過籠;縱使係蛋炒飯,但都無左蛋香,似普通炒飯;豬扒更係唔駛講,稔patpat到即使無牙都食到。至於朋友仔既五寶飯中脆爆燒腩好名不副實,5.6舊既腩肉得1/4既皮係脆;其他如墨魚片、紅腸...都麻麻,朋友仔更係覺得比唔上街市既燒味飯!
