To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 晚上9點半的late dinner決定去南記食米線!找座位相對容易,但以這個時間點來說,食客都不算少~~老公選了牛魔王,要蕃茄湯底我就選雙拼小窩米線,酸辣湯底,配料是春卷及魚腐雙拼小窩米線,因應湯底而有不同底價酸辣湯底,$37就有最多兩款的指定配料有不少的酸菜,湯的酸辣度恰好,開胃惹味!米線偏向幼身,但不會太稔或易斷魚腐大件,吸湯而且尚算軟熟~~春卷是每次必點的,炸得夠香,夠魚肉味,而且又爽口彈牙~~但今次的春卷,魚肉味好像不太夠~~牛魔王,配料有肥牛﹑牛丸﹑牛腩價錢比小窩米線貴但配料看上去不及小窩米線的多蕃茄湯底的蕃茄味夠濃牛丸略有牛味,而且夠彈牙肥牛則粗糙了一點!老公食到最後才發現他今晚這碗牛魔王沒有牛腩不能完全質疑店員有否告知他,他自己亦已忘記了當我們離開店舖的時候有聽到收銀員有向另外的食客交代牛腩已賣完只是感覺更不值56元這個價錢呢~~!!總的來說,質素仍有改善的空間而且仍然覺得50多元沒有牛腩是不抵食啊!!
