Restaurant: 五月星牛肉麵

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 遲遲未通關,等到花兒也謝了🥀 唔緊要,工廈都有食肆林立嘅餐廳,見到門口寫住牛肉麵、無味精小店就想試下🤤店員推介係招牌牛肉麵,有辣嘅紅燒,有唔辣嘅清燉,我就想試清燉同佢嘅秘製湯底:新鮮騸牯牛骨同生果熬煮牛肉揀左厚身Q彈嘅牛𦟌,熬左好耐好易咬又好入味😍 湯底好好飲,飲得出用左新鮮料,有少少藥材味,飲左大半都唔口乾。至於麵條都係爽口嘅,唔會淋左,所以成碗我都好鍾意食得台灣野點少得鹽酥雞,嗌左個有芝士鹽酥雞,又可以係雞上面撒試管調味粉,所以一碟雞試到7款味,好抵😂炸粉唔算厚,脆卜卜嘅炸雞加上芝士真係極邪惡嘅產物🤤黃金皮蛋😍 呢個性價比好高又好睇,溏心而且通透,口感綿綿同淡淡麻辣香味招牌刈包,上菜時用蒸籠裝住,佢地會提你「襯熱食」,好細心嘅係已分左一半,可以分享/乾淨啲咁食,包中間有秘製醬汁同腩肉、青瓜酸菜,口感好豐富又唔覺膩依間餐廳係唔錯,有台灣食物嘅中上水準,下次會再黎
