今晚約咗朋友食好啲,去食日本菜,響銅鑼灣登龍街,裝修非常日式,見牆上有多款廚師推介,叫了原條深海池魚刺身$280,分開三部分,每片厚度均勻,廚師刀功相當厲害,蘸上薑蓉,蔥花及特製酸味味的醬汁, 味道清甜。炸物, 叫了鵝肝多士$68, 平時鵝肝通常係煎, 今次廚師用了炸既方法,抽走了油份,外皮好好脆口,海鮮叫了濱燒北寄貝$68/隻,好大隻, 肉質好厚, 好多汁,  壽司叫了火炙銀鱈魚$70/兩件, 肉質鮮甜及火炙左口魚邊$70/兩件, 味道帶點魚油味, 好香, 用了一塊紫菜夾住食,中和油脂味道。
