拉麵之旅來到中環,見到這間過江龍主打豚骨湯底,又有老公最愛的豬軟骨就入去試一試!店舖頗大,坐得舒適,而且乾淨。【叉燒魚介豚骨沾麵】魚介與豚骨湯底融合得恰到好處,濃郁但不油膩,伴隨著淡淡的海鮮香氣,最喜歡湯底熱辣辣。叉燒厚實而軟嫩,脂肪比例均衡,入口即化。冰凍的沾麵的麵條彈牙有勁,每一口都能掛滿濃湯。  【招牌原條豬軟骨拉麵&溏心蛋】豬軟骨經過長時間慢煮,口感軟糯卻不失筋道,膠質豐富,入口即化。湯底濃郁香滑,充滿背脂粒,散發著濃濃的豚骨香氣,與溏心蛋的甘香完美搭配。蛋黃流心柔滑,鹽味適中,為整碗拉麵增色不少。【天婦羅紫菜魷魚鬚】魷魚鬚外層包裹著酥炸紫菜,炸得金黃酥脆,口感香脆不油膩。魷魚鬚有嚼勁,搭配紫菜的鹹香,層次感十足,沾沾蛋黃醬非常合適。
