本身我都係只會參考呢到嘅食評,但經過噚日嘅事,嬲到要即刻登記寫下先,噚日同朋友去試呢間茶房團購嘅high tea,先唔講食物水準,起初個四眼哥哥嘅服務都唔錯,但當嚟左杯玉子雪糕個問題就嚟,我同朋友以為杯甜品係跟埋個團購入面,咁我地食完個前菜沙律同主菜之後先食甜品,杯嘢嚟左都擺左大約五至十分鐘先食,當我食到剩番最後一兩啖嘅時候,有個著深藍色冷衫,直間恤衫蓄馬尾,膚色黝黑嘅女人走埋嚟同我地講,好大聲第一句就話,你地個團購冇玉子雪糕嗰喎,我幫你收起杯嘢先,唔會計你地錢架,之後就拎走個杯,對唔住,唔好意思一聲都冇,或者講句,可能同事搞錯,但佢冇講過,將個責任推哂落個客到,食左一杯唔屬於團購入面嘅食物就係我地錯,周圍嘅客亦望住我地,令我地非常尷尬,好似我地食完唔認賬,我真係想知,個女人係唔係期望每位客人要清楚記住團購入面嘅食物?係唔係餐廳方面冇責任?之後我地話要搵經理投訴啱啱個女人嘅服務態度,點知原來蓄馬尾嘅女人就係經理,原來一個經理嘅服務態度咁‘高‘水準,指責完啲客人之後走過嚟講句唔好意思拍拍屁股就走,跟住仲要講,得啦,我最多唔會計埋杯嘢落張單到,我同佢講,你唔好唔計喇,我唔想俾人屈食霸王嘢唔
題外話,呢間公司請到佢真係恭喜哂,因為中途我都聽到好多次電話響,多電話響,唔多唔小都即係多人查詢或者訂枱,點知呢個經理大大聲指住電話話,你唔好再響喇下,咁好明顯,佢都唔想公司多生意啦,唔怪得佢有咁嘅服務態度,即係想趕客走,唔想做!
