朋友帶我黎左依間日本餐廳, 係旺角搵食搵左咁耐都唔知原來有間咁好環境咁和風既餐廳, 門口位放左一埕埕自家釀製既梅酒, 一排大窗位感覺舒適, bar枱前有不少日本食材, 酒類等裝飾, 幾有feel呀!蟹子沙律青瓜絲爽脆, 沙律唔會水汪汪, 拌上脆口蟹籽, so fresh!黑松露赤蝦 立魚柚子 三文魚醬油漬 日本醬燒蟹棒赤蝦鮮甜, 立魚清爽, 另外兩者比較香口, 特別之處用上赤醋飯, 更加帶出刺身鮮味, 層次豐富。三文魚頭湯三文魚頭新鮮無腥味而且膠質豐富, 湯頭鮮甜, 最重要係熱辣辣。 原條汁燒鰻魚don原條肥美既鰻魚, 醬汁香甜惹味, 厚厚既鰻魚肉足以配哂成個飯有多, 係鰻魚既底下原來仲收埋左隻半熟蛋, 拌飯一流, 食得好滿足!
