一遊的厚燒玉子真係無得輸,今次試左海膽做餡。通常食日本野都會把海膽生食,原來熟食都幾鮮甜。
為數不少,每啖都會食到海膽。厚燒玉子依舊嫩滑,其實真係拍得住「一門」!
