To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 同事講開食一蚊雞,即興放工去食,無得訂枱,6點半去到九龍灣要排100個籌,一時醒唔起用App攞飛,蠢咗惟有改去機會大啲嘅紅磡。皇天不負有心人,趕得切叫雞4人叫咗兩隻雞,再加3個餸(太肚餓食唔哂),雖然係一蚊嘅雞,上枱嗰陣仲係熱辣辣,我哋影完相又玩咗隻雞一輪,食嘅時候肉係熱皮係脆,其他餸味道同賣相中規中矩,最特別咕嚕肉擺盤係成條菠蘿上,好似飯後生果盤咁,可能我有老花啦,花膠什菜煲啲花膠我食咗都唔知。
