今晚又係未食野就開波飲酒,飲飲吓已半醉,點都要醫醫肚先,唔係堅持唔到落去 ~ 但叫得太多野,想好食,照單全收歸胃中,飽到嘔 ~齋腸粉配甜辣醬花生醬芝麻及豉油,口感又滑又棉、又有米香。好食過好多街邊腸粉工場貨,唔會硬屈屈或硬實實,新鮮即拉真係差好遠架 ﹗又嫰又滑,無得比 ﹗蠔油菜芯走油,今次真係超嫰、超爽、超多水,半點渣都無。平時大多有渣,所以我每次都會留返啲莖唔食,但今次成碟清晒,連莖都食埋,一條不留呀。淨牛腩河走蔥,見到功架保持高水準,棉滑熱騰騰河粉,吸收晒牛腩既精華。鬆化入味柱侯牛腩,口感軟棉,食極唔夠 ﹗
