是日收工過黎佐敦搵食,食左好多餐米線,今次決定食點心。「點心到」 跟舊式的點心店截然不同,這裡環境簡潔光猛,十分舒適。聽聞店內的點心承傳傳統手作,100%香港製造,即叫即蒸。雖然人多,但吾需要等位,坐底立即落order, 好快點心一次過上哂黎,差點張枱放吾落。 晶瑩鮮蝦餃 好多時兩個人食蝦餃、燒賣,總覺得4粒太多,這裡可叫2粒或4粒,按自己喜歡點單或加單,十分貼心。蝦餃薄皮餡靚,鮮蝦大大隻、爽口彈牙。燒汁釀茄子,茄子皮夠脆,淋上稀稠的燒汁,滲入軟身的茄子,非常好味!軟滑腸粉包著油炸鬼及蘿蔔絲,一口嚐盡滑脆爽,口感豐富!當中最欣賞係黑金流沙包,似一件藝術品,夠型又靚,估唔到一個中式包點都可以整到咁潮!籠仔煎蛋牛肉飯牛肉係我最愛的山竹牛肉!最後甜品係楊枝甘露,濃郁質感,奶味十足,不是水汪汪的,而且多芒果肉和柚子肉!正!
