未食過印度菜,呢日就跟朋友嚟呢間餐廳試吓上網搜尋先知原來呢間喺著名的連鎖店,有五十幾年歷史,全球有85間分店,是真正的過江龍店內地方寬敞,坐位闊落,設計簡約明淨每隻碟都鋪上新鮮葉子夠特色店員都是外籍人士,但餐牌以中英對照,唔怕溝通唔到Parotta(2pcs)酥餅酥餅類似手抓餅,但質感軟韌鬆脆有麥香,用來蘸咖哩同食一流Kadafi Chicken雞肉咖哩咖哩加入印度香料煮成與港式味道不同,香辣有至,加入雞肉炆煮十分惹味,旁邊的酸乳酪醬是可以用來減辣的Mushroom 65特色蘑菇蘑菇用印度香料醃製後再炸,味道微辛,漿粉夠薄炸得酥脆,蘸埋附上的薄荷醬夠清新唔覺膩Tandoori Chicken (half)雞肉烤得剛好仍保留肉汁,邊沿微焦,配以印度香料醃製味道濃厚馥郁
