中環蘇豪區最近開了一間意大利酒吧，餐廳以南部海岸作為靈感。餐廳環境不錯，特別適合晚上和朋友一起來喝幾杯酒精飲品，聊天放鬆的地方。當天試了好幾款菜式，現在就跟你們分享一下我的美食體驗啦。Scallop Carpaccio (HKD98)，是一道帶子刺身，醬汁帶點甜甜酸酸的，十很開胃，好吃✨Poached Duck Foie Gras Torchon (HKD128)，鴨肝醬口感香甜細膩，把它抹上麵包吃，是一道很好的下酒菜。不吃內臟的你，不妨試試 Red Wine Cured Beef Carpaccio (HKD98)，生醃薄片牛肉是一道義大利前菜，清爽不膩，牛肉鹹鹹香香的，配上一杯紅酒就最好不過了🍷當天最心得我歡心的是 28 Days Dry Aged Rib Eye Steak (HKD280)，肉眼扒烤完後，切成了大概1厘米的厚度，烤得剛剛好，略帶一些粉紅色，外層有焦香味，肉嫩多汁，沾點鹽巴吃，更是錦上添花，推薦😋
