呢間越南舖頭一直bookmark左好耐,因為佢係主打我從未食過嘅南越fusion菜。不過之前一直好多人,而家終於少番啲,梗係去試下啦。————————————————🍜 嫲嫲南越招牌金邊粉, $88(3/5)個麵有好多配料,有牛面頰、牛尾、牛肉片、牛丸、牛筋同油炸鬼。個麵口感滑,而且索晒湯底嘅香料同牛味,都唔錯。不過牛尾食落唔方便同較韌,而且油炸鬼偏油同唔脆,有少少扣分。🥚 南越蛋咖啡, $28(3/5)呢個係用左蛋泡代替奶泡嘅越南版cappuccino,店舖仲突登燒一燒啲蛋泡加強蛋味,不過個人都係鐘意奶泡多啲。同埋蛋泡應該係生嘅,如果唔食生嘢嘅話就要留意啦。————————————————
