To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 前陣子,南記罕有地做團購,在公司附近有一間,雖然只能於2pm後用餐,但半價實在吸引。上環店基本上以外賣為主,店內只有約4張淺窄的卡位,約可容納15~20人,於繁忙的德輔道中,在此店等位實要用上點功夫!選了大什錦河加紫菜,配料有招牌春卷、魚皮餃、牛丸、魚蛋及額外加的紫菜。店內收銀位置貼出通知,因休漁期關係,部分麵食之魚蛋將由魚片取代。這情況其實可以理解,可證明店以新鮮魚製作。兩條的魚肉春卷仍舊美味,是魚蛋以外又一必食之選;魚皮餃(3粒)的皮煙韌,而饀料亦算多;墨魚丸(3粒)則較為失色,不夠彈牙,食落有點兒粉;牛丸(3粒)則頗為結實,調味不多,沒有坊間濃烈的黑椒味~~整體質素一般,卻被額外添加的紫菜完全糟蹋!紫菜份量不少,約鋪了約大半碗麵上,原先是應該十分滿足,但當嘗試將紫菜撈於麵中時,正是噩夢的開始!第一次食紫菜係會令整碗湯染色!係染了做紫色!這紫菜難道係…"紫色的菜"!? 究竟是紫菜中本身的天然染色料,還是其他原因就不得而知了!唯一慶幸是之後數天,亦沒有因此而肚子痛,真係不幸中的大幸。當吃畢整碗麵後,只餘下一大碗紫色的湯,實在令人費解顔色何來?沒有了招牌魚蛋的南記麵食,總覺得欠了一點味
