今次食咗招牌B餐 入邊有冬菇、魚片頭、春卷同腩肉
魚片頭老實講一般,冬菇肥大入味,腩肉做到唔肥夠滷水味,春卷唔使多講,簡直係南記招牌!
配埋個酸辣湯米線,酸辣湯入邊酸菜係偏甜,另外有肉碎同芽菜加少量韭菜,南記嘅辣度嚟講唔算太辣,我一般食中辣,因為大辣嘅話酸菜味道唔出,變左唔夠酸味
南記係我諗唔到食咩嘅時候會食嘅嘢,因為食佢實冇死唔會伏😂



To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants.
