南瓜法式燉蛋!一敲即碎嘅焦糖脆殼超治癒!

如果你覺得法式燉蛋來來去去都係嗰種味,咁「Enchanté」呢個南瓜版本絕對會令你眼前一亮!身為甜品控,我可以好肯定咁話,佢係我近期食過最驚喜、最有心思嘅Creme Brulee!

一上枱,望落去同普通燉蛋差唔多,但係仔細一睇,就見到蛋面層焦糖燒到金黃剔透,好似一塊超薄嘅琥珀玻璃咁,賣相已經夠晒吸引。最治癒嘅時刻,就係用匙羹輕輕敲落去嘅瞬間——「咔嚓」一聲,真係清脆到不得了,個心即刻涼咗一截!

一啖舀落去!面層塊焦糖又薄又脆,甜度剛剛好,完全唔會搶戲。而入面嘅燉蛋呢,質地幼滑到不得了,好似絲綢咁滑溜,入口即化!佢嘅南瓜味來得非常溫柔同自然,唔係好假嗰種香精味,而係一種清甜嘅南瓜茸香氣,同濃郁嘅蛋奶香味完美融合,食落好舒服,一啲都唔膩。

最正係個味道嘅層次!首先係焦糖嘅微脆同焦香,然後係燉蛋極致嘅軟滑,最後係南瓜嘅清甜餘韻慢慢滲出嚟,成個過程真係好有深度。佢唔會好似傳統口味咁單調,又多咗一份秋天嘅感覺,真係好有心思。

雖然係餐廳嘅高級甜品,但份量剛剛好,食完一整個都完全唔會覺得滯,反而令人有種意猶未盡嘅感覺。為咗呢個一敲即碎嘅脆殼同埋咁滑溜嘅南瓜燉蛋,真係值得專登嚟Enchanté試下!
