講飲講食,大家通常都係尖沙咀同旺角兩大旺區搜羅。其實係兩大旺區中間嘅佐敦同油麻地都有好多好野食,中西南北,百花齊放,任君選擇,而且沒有兩大旺區的擠迫感覺。今晚就係吳松街南洋吃了一頓不錯的南洋美食。既然店名叫得做南洋,當然係主打越泰星馬菜。店內裝飾簡潔,環境舒適,而且價錢大眾化。很久沒吃過肉骨茶,就叫了一客金沙骨肉骨茶。湯底藥材足料味濃,主打藥材如玉竹、當歸、黃芪、甘草、黨參、大蒜、白胡椒等當然少不得,一粒大蒜放在湯中,十分搶眼。大大塊的金沙肉骨不嚡不韌,而且滲滿藥材甘香,飲完健脾袪濕。南洋波士頓龍蝦喇沙摻摻,原隻波士頓龍蝦足足有20cm長,龍蝦肉鮮味,而且肉厚彈牙,加上惹味喇沙湯底,更能帶出龍蝦鮮味。店子的喇沙口味正宗,配料亦夠豐富,有魚片、魚片頭、雞蛋及豆腐卜等,份量十足,加上幼滑米粉和油面,又惹味又飽肚。炭燒魷魚筒,原隻魷魚厚身大隻,香燒後魷魚肉仍保持肉汁及鮮味,更有微微焦香,有水準。咸檸梳打,鹹檸檬味特出,加上淡淡冰涼梳打水,配搭出色。牛油果沙冰,將原隻牛油果打成蓉,再混入沙冰,口感好幼滑,甜度又適中,原汁原味,好fresh !
