半放題之《和道屋》呢間位於尖沙咀加連威老道嘅半放題《和道屋》,餐廳帶你走進千與千尋世界,樓上係進餐位置,除左串燒、沙律、刺身外,其他都係任食。午市有2種價錢選擇,我地揀左貴啲set $388,呢個價錢係壽喜燒無限追加,呢個set 每日任何時段都會提供。刺身拼盤夠新鮮而且有5款,切得都幾厚身。而串燒係即叫即燒每人可以揀5款,我地2個就可以揀10款,推介土佐豆腐,豆腐炸得好鬆脆,而且配合埋木魚湯汁做底,味道濃而不鹹,加埋脆卜卜嘅豆腐好好食。刺身有11款選擇,特別推介海膽魷魚壽司,海膽夠鮮甜,撈完之後令到魷魚更加鮮味,唔似得出邊一般食嘅海膽魷魚,會用啲平價既海膽,而且師父既手握壽司有omakase feel。壽喜燒有A4和牛、北海道米豚、廣島牡蠣、野菜盤都係任食,和牛嘅脂肪紋理均勻,肉質鮮嫩,帶有濃郁嘅牛肉香氣。米豚佢哋選用咗優質北海道豬肉,肉質嫩滑多汁,冇咁多油膩感,最後當然要提下廣島牡蠣。呢度嘅牡蠣新鮮肥美,鮮甜度仲好高。
