To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

半年無幫襯，忽發會會佢

早一兩年都有幫襯吓佢，佢地紅豆沙水準一向無得頂！不過最近聽到有人話佢水準保持吾到，咁我就忍唔到，去試試佢咩料再包膠！我係3點去到，堂食，都有兩個客座係到食緊野。我叫左魚蛋，牛什，紅豆沙，詳情如下:紅豆沙：佢哋保持到以往水準，無豆容晒又夠綿，吾太甜以啱好！好得！牛什：夠味，不過牛肚可以淋啲更好，純我個人口果鐘意食淋，而牛膀，牛肺都好味好正！魚蛋：佢地係潮州魚蛋，夠彈牙，有魚味。加埋個沙嗲醬更完美。呢啲家族式經營小店買小見小，食佢除咗要好味外，人情味都好重要。我一定會繼續支持小店。
