寫了好幾年半島月餅,本應不想再繼續。不過今年半島新出了傳統的雙黃蓮蓉月,對於我這月餅迷來說,是天大喜訊,也該跟大家分享食後感。跟奶黃月餅的盒子不一樣,蓮蓉的餅盒是較篇身,一盒四隻。餅皮做得夠薄身,蓮蓉香滑又不過甜,蛋黃紅亮,油水足,吃時更不慎滴落件衫度,唔錯!據聞半島的月餅都是奇華做,懶理真實與否,總之吃得滿意就是。
