To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

本身諗住去沙田18食，不過太遲所以冇位，早幾日預訂冇位之餘，估唔到Walk in都冇的 10分搶手，因為落大雨，所以都去返酒店另一間餐廳食算，嗰陣時兩點，一間餐廳入面做buffet嘅，不過都可以散叫，我哋發現散叫嘅價錢比buffet更加唔抵，因為近buffet $430有七折，都係$350買所以我哋就諗住食buffet ！而且佢收嘢之後我哋都可以坐多一陣㗎嘛今次都唔得閒靚靚哋咁逐樣影相，不過趕急同埋好肚餓之下，覺得啲嘢食都幾好味！唔記得有冇嚟過，好似之前印象麻麻哋的，但係今次又覺得幾好味幾新鮮，不過佢係就嚟收嘢食嘅時間，所以啲嘢都係大家食淨嗰啲海鮮新鮮好味，雖然款唔多，蟹腳就一般熟悉嘅選擇都非常多！除咗有燒牛肉，原來仲隱藏咗羊架好彩我醒目見到！佢個老火湯都好好味！不過淨係食到半碗，不過刺身就極度唔新鮮係入唔到口，嗌咗釣魚，不過就差朋友話個pancake好味，本身嗌一件like share點知佢食吓食吓食淨啲皮我都唔食啦😂葡撻都好味，雪糕有好多口味係Häagen-Dazs嘅侍應數目充足，服務態度良好，會encore
