To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 雖然不喜歡連鎖快餐店,但有時候貪快貪就腳,神推鬼使下偶爾也會光顧一次。但每次進去,我期望的純粹是一頓新餐,吃完便走,對食物的質和量同樣沒有期望。最後一次幫襯大家樂,是吃早餐。特地點了一份雞扒炒蛋早餐,記得小時候還在唸書的時候,我最喜歡的便是雞扒炒蛋的組合。不過,今天面對同樣的食物,已再沒有往日的驚喜。  或許味道沒有改變很多,只是自己大了,對食物的要求也不同了。不過,對於價錢和份量,我卻頗有微言。有時候我會跟朋友笑說;「這是半份雞扒半份炒蛋早餐啊!」愈來愈小的雞扒,愈來愈小的炒蛋,無從滿足我的簡單地吃一頓豐富早餐的願望。  雞扒、炒蛋、蘿蔔糕,如預期般不過不失。略嫌雞扒較韌,蛋不夠滑吧。至於檸水,水中的檸檬就像發育不良一般。可是,價錢卻不會比茶餐廳便宜。
