首先湯底,湯底款式有四款,實際上只有兩種不同的口味-番薯湯同茶湯。番茄湯不作評論,因為太普通。水仙茶湯,係筆者無選擇下嘅選擇,湯送到面前時就聞到淡淡嘅茶味,加熱時更香。用茶作為湯底,配肉特別清香,菜亦會帶淡淡水仙味 然後到配料:三種牛肉-肉眼、西冷、牛肩胛肉眼:完全無肉味,要靠湯底西冷:肉質軟滑,有牛肉味牛肩胛:肉質較西冷實,有少少根,有牛肉味菜類:唐生菜、娃娃菜新鮮連皮南瓜片:太薄,接近冇味道青皮紅肉蘿蔔:煮左大約45分鐘仲帶一點爽面類:稻庭烏冬:垃圾!!太軟,食落好似真打烏冬煮完放雪櫃一晚咁,完全唔彈牙,難食到一個點總結一下,價錢$88再加一埋單差唔多一百,好似有啲唔抵,加上食哂都係得七八成飽,就連最吸引嘅湯底都有乜選擇,所以「可一不可再」

然後到配料:

肉眼:完全無肉味,要靠湯底
西冷:肉質軟滑,有牛肉味

菜類:
唐生菜、娃娃菜新鮮
連皮南瓜片:太薄,接近冇味道
青皮紅肉蘿蔔:煮左大約45分鐘仲帶一點爽

面類:
稻庭烏冬:垃圾!!太軟,食落好似真打烏冬煮完放雪櫃一晚咁,完全唔彈牙,難食到一個點

總結一下,價錢$88再加一埋單差唔多一百,好似有啲唔抵,加上食哂都係得七八成飽,就連最吸引嘅湯底都有乜選擇,所以「可一不可再」
