To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 午市找食,不是人多排隊,就是坐得逼逼。經過有人派傳單還推介🤔⋯⋯就一試。上了一層樓梯,店內黑黑,坐下,看看餐牌,很多選擇。有焗飯類、炒類、扒類等。我選擇了牛仔骨拼豬肋骨😋。先來餐包同羅宋湯,飽是暖暖軟軟的,湯味道不會過鹹,還有點辣,這就是羅宋湯的特式。我覺得頭輪已合格。主菜來了,很香,扒燒得適中,不會過火而收縮或靱。而且份量算大份哩!兩片算大的牛仔骨,不會過薄,亦不會只有骨。豬肋有三條算大的,兩樣食物骨肉適中😋。飯粒也適中,配上此扒,正呀。還有杯凍檸茶,茶色很靚。放至食完飯都不會變色,有些茶餐廳,久放便會變喼和濁濁的茶色。這店是我的午餐好地方了。
