To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日下午，我專程嚟咗牛奶冰室嘆下午茶。呢間冰室人氣極高，環境懷舊又有親切嘅香港味道，真係啱晒放鬆心情。我叫咗 *生滾牛肉湯即食伊麵* ，湯底熱辣鮮甜，牛肉滑嫩啱啱好，麵條軟硬適中，食落去暖晒個心。另一款大愛係 *牛乳炒滑蛋配丹麥酥包* ，滑蛋奶香濃郁，炒得嫩滑無比，加埋酥脆香口嘅丹麥包，一啖就知係師傅嘅功力。飲品方面，我嘗咗 *熱齋啡* ，咖啡濃郁得嚟帶少少奶香，好啱暖住個胃。同時，我仲叫咗 *黑松露滑蛋三文治* ，黑松露嘅香氣同滑蛋完美結合，口感豐富，食得好滿足。最後，配埋杯 *新鮮冷壓檸檬茶* ，酸酸甜甜，清新解膩，為整餐畫上咗清爽句號。整體嚟講，牛奶冰室嘅食物真係高質又平民化，服務快手有禮，感覺好窩心。呢個下午茶唔單止係味蕾嘅享受，仲係對日常生活一種簡單而滿足嘅慰藉，絕對會再嚟！#牛奶冰室 #香港下午茶推介
