To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 上次跟E先生來牛角食燒肉,感覺還算不錯,所以今次就跟G先生來試價格相宜的午市定食。午市有燒肉定食、石燒定食及其他共14款選擇,價格由$59-$99,燒肉定食包括昆布湯、前菜、白飯及冷或熱飲;石燒定食及其他包括昆布湯、前菜及冷或熱飲。以這樣的價格來說,定食尚算豐富。燒肉汁、魔法之鹽&麵豉醬前菜泡菜、芽菜&菠菜,味道不算太好,不吃也罷。定食C-牛肋肉&腹胸肉定食 ( 燒肉汁 ) $69牛肋肉(上)有嚼勁,有少許筋,尚算OK;腹胸肉(下)較腍,不錯。定食F-牛肋肉&肩脊肉定食 ( 塩醬 ) $69牛肋肉(上)跟另一碟一樣,塩醬較燒肉汁更能帶出肉味;肩脊肉(下)肉質韌,少點牙力都咬不到,差。昆布湯&白飯 ( 無料任添 )冷或熱飲可選咖啡、柚子茶、烏龍茶、百事可樂、七喜、薑味汽水之後,再來個甜品:牛角栗蓉雪糕 ( 抹茶&雲呢拿 ) $19栗蓉幼細軟滑,倒是栗子味不夠香濃,配上雪糕味道不錯。在午市時段吃燒肉,牛角不失為一個不錯的選擇。
