約同事食飯,見到呢間餐廳做緊午市八折優惠,有爐端燒同鐵板燒選擇,幾吸引,所以都幾多人排隊。原先以為爐端燒或鐵板燒係由師傅喺廚房煮,入到去見到原來係師傅喺你面前即煮,一邊枱做鐵板另一邊做爐端燒,如果已經揀好食物,直情坐喺師傅面前即煮即上,以呢個價錢來講性價比好高。爐端燒銀雪魚定食$168,睇住個師傅控制爐火候,一路笑一路香氣四溢,皮脆肉滑,佢地銀雪魚唔算特別肥膩,但都有陣陣脂肪香味,但嫩滑程度10分高,差不多入口有溶化感覺。爐端燒串燒定食配烏冬$138,每日肉類都會唔同,廚師發板,免治肉及牛肉都好有水準,但我最欣賞個烏冬,我估係手打烏冬,夠晒煙韌滑溜。壽喜燒豚肉定食$108,呢款就有廚房煮出嚟,份量都幾多,我個同事差啲都食唔晒。另外加刺身四片$32,唔試導遊八折優惠,真係好抵食。
