我鍾意歎一盅兩件,朋友話元朗有間《升哥點心》頗有特色,咁啱今日入元朗做嘢,所以專誠到呢間位於鳳琴街嘅點心小舖試試。街坊小店,面積不大,不過地方乾淨企理。坐低叫茶,天氣咁熱,我見加$10可以揀桂花蕎麥茶,咁就叫個嚟清清心火,潤一潤先,然後再慢慢歎點心。呢度除咗點心之外,仲有燉湯、蒸飯同甜品等多款食物選擇。先嚟個升哥蝦餃皇$30,咬開見大大隻蝦,皮薄餡靚,味鮮料足。跟住試試新口味,來個西紅柿春卷$24,熱辣辣炸好即上,賣相非常精緻,餡料除蝦外,再加上一點點蒜片和新鮮的小紅茄,口感清新豐盈 ; 咁有創意,我鍾意。再來是沙嗲金錢肚$23,牛肚炆得夠入味,沙嗲滋味濃郁,讚!別有洞天脆皮腸$35,類似傳統炸兩,不過釀入蝦肉、馬蹄、粟米、蟹籽等豐富材料,一口咬落,酥脆之餘又兼具多重滋味,別具特色。最後來個甜品利賓納蘆薈水晶果凍$18,做成玫瑰花模樣,小小一個好可愛。咬落有一小粒蘆薈,清新可口。呢度除咗傳統點心外,仲會搞搞新意思,創造一些別饒創意的新派點心。咁有心嘅地道小店,我一定會再嚟支持!
