好朋友知道我中意食海鮮,每年生日都會搵一間專食海鮮嘅地方同我慶祝。而今年就揀咗尖沙咀呢間專食磯燒嘅餐廳。首先有芝麻鹽醬椰菜做前菜,比平時普通嘅芝麻醬食落更有層次。然後點左份壽司8盛,分別有海膽,三文魚子,香蔥吞拿魚茸,甜蝦,黑松露帶子,白身魚,鯛魚,三文魚。每件壽司都脹卜卜,好足料。然後我哋要再一份浜燒龍蝦盛合。包括有波士頓龍蝦,北寄貝,貴妃貝,鮑魚,黃貝。龍蝦有個大鉗,而蝦身開邊後輕輕一撬就成條龍蝦肉出左黎,勁彈牙,而且好多膏,十分鮮甜。鮑魚食落有口感但完全唔哽好爽口。而幾種貝類大細唔同,但同樣只係簡單灒上清酒,就帶出個種鮮甜味道。作為海鮮控既我淨係食呢度又點夠啊!所以我哋散叫咗個味噌蟹甲羅燒配脆多士。啖啖口感豐富鮮甜既蟹膏根本唔需要加太多配料,只係加鵪鶉蛋,小小蔥花同埋麵包糠,已經係人間美味。食海鮮又點少得魚,另外仲要咗個金鯛魚柳西京燒。燒好後的魚表面金黃香脆,魚肉帶有淡淡白味噌的甘甜味。差啲唔記得咗講星期一至四只要讚好仲有韓國原版海膽送!雖然係送嘅但係質素一啲都唔差,海膽非常鮮甜,一啲腥味都冇,每啖都好滿足。最後仲有柚子雪芭做甜品。呢個可以話係我食過最好味嘅柚子甜品。將雪芭放喺柚

最後仲有柚子雪芭做甜品。呢個可以話係我食過最好味嘅柚子甜品。將雪芭放喺柚子殼入面,柚子嗰份清新味道非常強,酸酸甜甜將之前既飽膩感完全消除,十分滿意!
