To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

早一天book位，盼可美點伴美景。之前在九龍湾食過，此店春卷和蒸點十分出色。可惜，The One店完是地獄級，不是食物而是人物。已book位，但無位，而且也沒人帶位。而沒book位，就有位但又無卡。服務員完全唔理你，讓你在大堂四圍問個位再那裡，由於點名的接待唔分配枱，任人入內四圍揀，而內部員工又話分配枱，唔關他們事。我們只好轉場上高幾層，更靚境，招呼一流。
