將軍澳區這一年來開了幾間酒店,區內食飯的選擇也多了,有中餐,日本餐也有自助餐。早前就來到位於九龍東皇冠假日酒店紫粵軒飲茶。從將軍澳港鐵站,經Popcorn商場可以通過去。裝修光猛整潔,座位頗多,枱與枱之間都有不錯的距離,比起區內不少茶樓在座位安排的確勝一籌,說到底這裡也是酒店中菜廳吧。茶錢$15位,酒店來說不貴。服務亦有禮和醒目。我們都是第一次來飲茶,各自從menu中選了以下數款點心和小食 。先來我的最愛的這2款經典點心,蝦餃和燒賣。 紫粵軒蝦餃($45)和杞子蝦球燒賣($45):2款都用料新鮮,蝦肉鮮甜,可惜就是蒸得稍微過火了一點。椒鹽九肚魚($48)順德煎魚嘴($58):對這2款炸物有點失望。椒鹽九肚魚炸得偏油,亦沒有幾多滑嫩魚肉,感覺像在食炸粉漿。順德煎魚嘴也炸得稍乾。鮮蝦韭菜餃($34):餃皮做得不錯,煙煙韌韌的,餡料鮮蝦和韭菜都味道新鮮甜美,亦濕潤度剛好。是這餐茶最喜歡的一道點心。鮑魚菇花膠腐皮扎($36):一籠2件,反正一向對於這類點心興趣不大,就免得分我不吃了。朋友對這鮑魚菇花膠腐皮扎的評語是一般啦。雪山和牛包($42):雪山包焗得鬆軟,但不夠香,而餡的醬汁稍甜和濃,吃

感覺整體食物水準中等,但最優勝之處是舒適的用餐環境和氣氛,如果在將軍澳區想要找個地方可以坐得舒服點來個茶聚,我會推介這裡。但要專誠走去將軍澳食這餐飯的話,就未必值得,因為其他地區都有不少更佳選擇。
