To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 北風起﹐ 三蛇肥。 這個拜六/日有點奇怪。 拜電腦節帶挈﹐全港環頭環尾到處係人﹐ 大塞車。 唔打算去甘遠﹐ 近近地落閣麟街揾老牌蛇王芬。等位半粒鐘﹐ 靚靚老板姐姐待客欣勤﹐ 四位搭檯無計啦。四豌蛇羹 ﹐ 真材實料﹐ 美中不足﹐ 略甜﹐同埋豌仔太細。 本叫一窩﹐ 但老板姐姐話叫四豌底食D。羊腩煲略嫌齦D﹐ 姑姑/姑公岩岩修理好棚牙﹐ 無乜牙力。滑雞雙腸煲失準了。 唔係原裝煲出黎﹐ 無飯焦﹐ 重油﹐ 全煲連煲邊都係油。 最掉招牌都係D閏腸皮齦如朔膠皮﹐ 我地兩大人 + 兩後生食閏腸要吐皮﹐ 真少有。介蘭雙腸情況一樣。 介蘭當做﹐ 好食﹐ 但閏腸要吐皮。 餐館細﹐ 人太逼﹐ 要搭檯﹐ 小女倒跌杯茶﹐ 成地都係水﹐ 唔好意思。埋單 $560。
