今晚特登約朋友去左灣仔這間主打北越越南菜的小店食飯,食的種類同平時坊間的越南餐廳有啲唔同,係店主的推介下,我哋點左幾款特色小菜。第一個小食係較清淡的家鄉白灼豬肚,豬肚連埋芽菜,點上越南醬汁,味道惹味得來又唔會太濃,作為開胃小食一流。第二個小食係香辣香茅爆抄雞腎,非常香,將香茅同雞腎一齊食,鑊氣十足,基本上汁的精華被香茅全數吸收,食完非常滿足。至於香花菜辣汁爆抄牛柳的味道略為普通,甚至個人覺得有少少油膩,有啲太濃。個人最欣賞的係老街魚露燒豬肉伴檬粉,醬汁同時帶酸甜辣味,肥膩感不重,檬粉基本上可以濕晒醬汁,而豬肉亦燒得岩岩好,唔會太老。
